This galvanized gabion stone basket is built for projects where a structural failure is simply not an option. The basket performs best where water, soil movement and time are all working against the structure. Because the unit is permeable, hydrostatic pressure equalises across the wall and the risk of washout behind the facing is greatly reduced.
