A factory direct double twisted hexagonal woven gabion box for civil engineering contractors and project traders. 80 x 100 mm mesh, 2.7 mm mesh wire with 3.4 mm selvedge, Galfan (zinc-5% aluminium) coating at 300 g/m2 or hot dip galvanized 270 g/m2, 600 MPa high tensile wire. Sold at wholesale price from our own production line, with flat packed delivery and container loading planned per project.

Material Parameters Buyers Check

• Galfan coating (zinc-5% aluminium mischmetal alloy) at 300 g/m2 — roughly 2–3 times the corrosion life of plain zinc in coastal and de-icing salt exposure.
• 600 MPa high tensile wire, double twist joints, triple torsion option for heavy stone.
• Zinc coating weight reported per batch, tested to BS EN 10244-2.
• Hot dip galvanized 270 g/m2 as the standard economical option, PVC coated in green or grey for visible urban work.

Project Supply Capacity

40,000 boxes per month on two weaving lines, 1,200 tonnes of galvanized wire in stock. For infrastructure packages we split production into shipping lots, mark boxes by chainage or drawing number, and supply a panel schedule so the site team can allocate without re-sorting. Annual frame contracts and repeat project pricing are available.

Packing and Container Loading

Flat packed in bundles of 50 boxes, steel strapped, lacing wire and C-rings inside the bundle. 40HQ loads about 480 boxes of 2 x 1 x 1 m (approximately 960 m2 of face), 20GP about 220 boxes. Loading is photographed and filmed, and the container plan is issued before shipment so the buyer can verify the volume.

Delivery and Warranty

10–15 days for 1–3 containers, 20–25 days for 5 containers or more. 10-year warranty against corrosion perforation for Galfan 300 g/m2 under C3 exposure. Installation drawings, lacing method sheets and Spanish or English site guidance supplied free with every project order.
