An in-stock double twisted hexagonal woven gabion box held in our Tianjin warehouse for contractors who cannot wait for a production run. Standard 2 x 1 x 1 m boxes, 80 x 100 mm mesh aperture, 2.7 mm mesh wire with 3.4 mm selvedge, hot dip galvanized 270–300 g/m2, 600 MPa tensile wire. Ready stock sizes ship in 5–7 days and a full 40HQ container is loaded in 10 days.

Specifications

Packing and Container Loading

Boxes are flat packed and steel strapped in bundles of 50, with lacing wire and C-rings packed inside the top bundle so nothing is shipped loose. A 40HQ container loads about 480 boxes of 2 x 1 x 1 m, roughly 960 m2 of face area; a 20GP loads about 220 boxes. Loading photos and container plan are sent before the truck leaves the factory.

Quality and After-Sales

Every stock batch is checked for aperture, wire diameter, zinc coating weight and twist integrity before it enters the warehouse, and a mill test report travels with the shipping documents. 10-year warranty against corrosion perforation under normal C3 exposure. Site installation guidance in English and Spanish is available on request.
