This woven gabion fence is built on double-twist hexagonal mesh made from low-carbon steel wire, then hot-dip galvanized to a 275g/m2 zinc coating weight. That coating weight is the single most important number in gabion specification: it defines the corrosion budget of the whole structure for the next decades.

Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) can be arranged before loading, and mill test certificates for wire and zinc coating are provided as standard documents for tender submission.
